Booking fees
The nonrefundable booking fee reserves the appointment and is applied toward the initial diagnostic labor charge. Additional labor, parts, materials, taxes, travel, marina fees, and authorized services are billed separately.
Weekday diagnostic appointments use a $125 nonrefundable booking fee and must be scheduled at least one calendar day in advance. Saturday diagnostics use a $187.50 nonrefundable booking fee that reserves one hour at the Saturday overtime rate. Same-day, Sunday, and holiday requests use a $359 nonrefundable booking fee.
Confirmation and scheduling
An appointment request is not final until it is reviewed and confirmed.
Requested dates and times may need to change due to scheduling conflicts, access issues, weather, marina restrictions, current, visibility, or other safety concerns.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Because appointment slots are reserved using a nonrefundable booking fee, customer cancellations generally do not trigger a booking-fee refund.
Rescheduling requests may be handled based on availability, location, weather, and operational feasibility, but the policy should be reviewed and finalized by the business owner.
